All items purchased from our online store are posted from Norfolk Island.

Australian customers

• Airmail leaves Norfolk island on Fridays only.
• Orders must be placed by lunchtime the day before in order to meet mail closing times.
• All orders to Australia are posted Airmail, and you should allow up to 7 days for delivery.

New Zealand customers

• Mail closes Friday, and leaves Norfolk Island on the Sunday.
• Please also allow up to 7 days for deliver

Norfolk Island customers

• Items are delivered locally via the Post Office.
• We will deliver same day for local orders placed before 12noon
• Norfolk Island customers can also take advantage of our overseas postage for delivery as well.
